1:09 p.m. – To Charlotte Dr. for a report of an assault.  Woman reported that a suspect picked her up at the home of a mutual friend and was to take her home, but instead got on I-675.  When she told him that she needed to go home, she said he took her keys and cell phone and slammed her head into the windshield.  Suspect stated that the woman dropped her phone in his car and when she reached down to pick it up she hit the steering wheel causing the car to swerve and her head struck the windshield.  He said she then accused him of hitting her and pulled off the rear view mirror.  Both parties signed written statements and declined to file charges.
