November 1

7:40 p.m. – To N. Xenia Dr. for a custody dispute.  Woman reported that her estranged husband has not returned her daughter at the prescribed time.  She said that she called him and he said he was not returning the juvenile.  Deputy asked the daughter where she wanted to stay and she replied with her father.  Woman was advised that the deputy could not force the child to go with her and to contact her attorney.

9:25 p.m. – To Marion Dr. for a report of a domestic argument.  Woman stated that she has been verbally arguing with her husband since Friday morning.  She said he has become possessive and believes that she has been unfaithful.  The husband was gone upon arrival.

 

November 2

7:30 a.m. – To Raymond Dr. for a report of theft.  Man reported that someone entered his unlocked vehicle and took the radio and GPS unit from it.  There are no suspects.

8:21 a.m. – To Green Meadows Dr. for a report of theft.  Woman reported that overnight someone took her kids’ bicycles from their fenced-in back yard and ransacked her husband’s vehicle.  There are no suspects.

1:42 p.m. – To Joy Dr. for a report of theft.  Woman reported that overnight someone entered her vehicle.  She said nothing was missing and there was no damage.

 

November 4

11:28 a.m. – To Sparkhill Dr. for a report of phone harassment.  Woman reported that her ex-boyfriend has been harassing her because she moved out of his home and disconnected the utilities that were in her name.  The boyfriend was contacted and told to stop calling the victim.

5:01 p.m. – To Sterling Dr. for a report of theft.  Man reported that someone had entered his unlocked vehicle and took several electronic items from the back seat.  There are no suspects.

6:00 p.m. – To Dayton Rd. for a report of theft.  Man reported that he made a $5 charge on his credit card at a business and that it showed up on his statement as $74.00.  He said the business refused to talk with him about it.  He was advised that a report would be filed.

 

November 5

11:34 a.m. – To Pine Ridge Dr. Man reported that he found a cell phone in his back seat.  Owner was contacted and will pick it up.

 

November 6

6:00 p.m. – To Wescott Ave. for a report of forgery.  Man reported that someone took one of his checks and cashed it.  He suspects his ex-wife because the check was made out to her boyfriend.  He does not know where she is living.
