October 3 10:23 a.m. – To S. Tecumseh Rd. Woman reported that her 7-year-old son was at a birthday party on Hustead Rd. and his father showed up. The boy reported that his father punched him in the side and the stomach, and he had a rug burn from where he was dragged across the carpet. She said she thought the father was in New Mexico and did not know that he would be at the party. The father has an active warrant from Enon. 6:58 p.m. – To Enon Beach for a report of domestic violence. Woman reported that she went to her boyfriend’s residence to pick up their child and he began yelling and cursing at her. She said that as she tried to leave, he grabbed her by the coat and pulled her backward. The boyfriend stated that he was upset because she was so late picking up the child. She filled out a probable cause statement and the boyfriend was arrested and transported to the Clark County Jail.
October 4 3:47 p.m. – To S. Tecumseh Rd. for a report of assault. Man reported that he returned home and checked his mailbox. A neighbor drove by and spit tobacco dip on him and his vehicle. He said that he has had problems with this neighbor in the past and wanted the incident documented.
October 7 11:56 a.m. – To S. Harrison St. for a report of a scam. Woman said she received a phone solicitation asking for money for the Clark County Deputy’s Association. She was told that the association is soliciting funds in the Enon area to purchase items for kids who cannot afford Christmas. She was advised that this is not a scam. 7:50 p.m. – To S. Tecumseh Rd. for a report of burglary. Man reported that someone broke into his home through the garage and took 21 guns. He said that his motorcycle and ATV were moved but were not taken. He has provided a description of all of the guns.
October 8 2:55 p.m. – To Hilliard St. for a report of domestic violence. Man reported that he was working on his car when his girlfriend started yelling at him to take her to the store to get beer. When he refused, she called deputies. She was advised to work things out instead of arguing about getting beer. 6:30 p.m. – To Ottawa Dr. Man requested a deputy be present for a child custody exchange. He said the child is refusing to go with him and he believes the mother is manipulating the child into not going.
October 9 4:01 a.m. – To Wynn Rd. for report of an unruly juvenile. Woman reported that her grandson had a large party and had been consuming alcohol. She said that he had asked to have a few friends over for a bonfire and she agreed. When she went outside to check on them, she saw a large group of juveniles who all took off running when she came out. He will be charged with unruly and underage drinking. 9:15 a.m. – to Wakefield Dr. for a report of phone harassment. Woman reported that someone keeps calling between 1:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. and hanging up. She was advised that a report would be made.
