Tuesday, March 15

3:45 p.m. – To Rite Aid for a report of shoplifters.  Two juveniles had alcoholic beverages hidden inside their coats.  They had surrendered the merchandise but fled.  A customer recognized one of them so officer went to the boy’s home.  He was transported back to Rite Aid to apologize and was charged with theft and underage consumption.

Wednesday, March 16

3:47 p.m. – Traffic stop on Arnold at Caddington.  Driver cited for stop sign violation.

4:06 p.m. – Traffic stop at 100 block of Rebert Pike.  Driver cited for speed (35/20).

Thursday, March 17

12:40 a.m. – To E. Main St. for a 911 hangup.  Woman reported that she had an argument with her boyfriend.  Both were advised to stay in separate areas of the residence for the night.

Friday, March 18

9:23 a.m. – To Cardinal Dr. for a report of theft.  Man stated that his son had a party over the weekend and a shotgun came up missing.  The son identified three Fairborn juveniles who probably know what happened to the shotgun.  Fairborn Police were notified.

4:37 p.m. – Traffic stop on Dayton at Rita.  Driver and passenger cited for seat belt.

5:00 p.m. – Resident came to station to file complaint.  He was advised to contact the Mayor.

7:25 p.m. – Traffic stop on Dayton at Rita.  Driver cited for marked lanes.

9:12 p.m. – Traffic stop at Greene & Helmer.  Driver cited for OVI, traffic control device and turn signal.  Driver was also given warning for impeding traffic.

Saturday, March 19

1:00 a.m. – Traffic stop on Main at Green Valley.  Driver given warning for headlight malfunction.

2:35 a.m. – Traffic stop on W. Main at Scott.  Driver cited for OVI, driving under suspension and marked lanes.

5:30 a.m. – To Estelle Dr.  Woman thought someone was in her home.  Residence checked out OK.

7:30 a.m. – Traffic stop on S. Xenia.  Driver given warning for speed.

8:23 a.m. – To Cimmaron Trail for an EMS assist.  EMS was unable to resuscitate victim.

10:58 p.m. – Traffic stop on Southern Vista at S. Xenia.  Driver given warning for marked lanes.

11:36 p.m. – Traffic stop on W. Main at village limits.  Driver cited for traffic control device.

Sunday, March 20

1:01 a.m. – Traffic stop on Harrison at Main.  Driver given warning for equipment violation.

1:34 a.m. – Traffic stop on Enon Rd. at village limits.  Driver given warning for license plate light..

2:24 a.m. – Traffic stop on Enon Rd.at the drive-thru.  Driver given warning for equipment.

2:34 a.m. – Traffic stop on Main at Scott.  Driver cited for OVI.

6:37 p.m. – Traffic stop on Harrison at Main.  Driver cited for failure to reinstate, given warning for display of registration.  Passenger took control of vehicle.
