Wednesday, February 9

3:59 p.m. – Traffic stop on lot of Indian Valley school.  Driver cited for speed (35/20) and for driving under suspension.

5:50 p.m. – To Hunter Rd. to locate a suspect who had several outstanding warrants.  Ernest Henderson had locked himself in the bathroom.  When additional units arrived, Henderson came out and approached the officer in an aggressive manner.  He was arrested on the outstanding warrants and taken to the Clark County Jail, where he was again aggressive.

 

Thursday, February 10

4:05 p.m. – Traffic stop on Southern Vista at S. Xenia.  Driver cited for display of registration.

7:53 p.m. – Traffic stop on S. Xenia at Hunter.  Gregory Hirtzinger, of Melvina St., was arrested on three outstanding warrants.

 

Friday, February 11

1:32 a.m. – Traffic stop on Enon Rd. at I-70.  Driver given warning for equipment violation.

4:08 p.m. – Traffic stop on S. Xenia at Green Vista.  Driver given warning for speed.

6:00 p.m. – To Grand Valley to assist EMS.  Man had taken an overdose.  Officer administered CPR until squad arrived.  Patient was then taken to Community.

 

Saturday, February 12

12:33 a.m. – To Broadway for a report of an intoxicated driver.  Officer was unable to locate the vehicle.

1:20 a.m. – Traffic stop on S. Xenia at Oak Hill.  Driver cited for running a red light.

12:08 p.m. – To Sunnybrook Trail for a welfare check.  Resident was OK.

2:21 p.m. – To S. Xenia at Indian Valley school for a report of a black male with pink back pack going door-to-door selling newspapers.  He said he had been on west side of S. Xenia.

5:05 p.m. – Traffic stop on Broadway at Harrison.  Driver cited for speed (45/25).

5:43 p.m. – Traffic stop on Winding at Main.  Joseph Jacks, of Springfield, was cited for driving under suspension and was arrested for several outstanding warrants.  He was taken to the Clark County Jail..

 

Sunday, February 13

9:04 a.m. – To Indian Valley Middle School for an alarm.  Employee had entered wrong code.

9:53 a.m. – Traffic stop on S. Xenia at Western.  Driver given warning for traffic control device.

3:24 p.m. – Traffic stop on 300 block of S. Xenia Dr.  Driver given warning for speed.

5:34 p.m. – To Speedway for a child custody issue.  Reporting party did not show up.

6:01 p.m. – To Brunswick Dr. for a report of a dog barking.

7:55 p.m. – Traffic stop on Skyline at Broadway.  Driver cited for speed (40/25).

8:00 p.m. – Traffic stop on Rite Aid lot.  Driver was cited for driving under suspension.
