The streets of Enon and Mad River Township were filled with witches, dragons, fairies, wizards, and tigers this Halloween.  Trick or Treat was held from 6 – 8 pm on Saturday and families enjoyed the sights and sounds of the holiday as they walked past haunted graveyards, covens of witches and even a pirate ship.

For those in Hunter’s Glen, a crazed bride with bloody knife was running the streets and even one Clark County Sheriff’s Deputy wasn’t quite sure if it was a trick or a treat .  A backyard in Holiday Valley was turned into a spooky maze of ghosts and ghouls for kids of all ages.

At the end of the evening, everyone was welcome to stop by the fire house and watch a favorite Halloween cartoon, take a turn in the seat of the fire truck or have some popcorn and cider.  Members of the department were on hand for what has become a tradition on trick or treat night in the Enon community.  Kids of all ages enjoyed the fright night with a good sense of humor.
