Boyer, Gregory of Enon pled guilty to Speed in School Zone and was fined $25 plus court cost.

Craig, Anthony of Springfield pled no contest to White Read light and was fined $35 plus court cost. 14 days to pay.

Harbison, Amy L. of Fairborn pled guilty to OMVI and was fined $1,000, 30 days in jail plus court cost. Driver’s License suspended 180 days. $700 and 27 days of jail time was suspended. 60 days to pay.

McArthur, Krystal of Enon pled guilty to Speed 11-20 over and was fined court cost.

Mallorie, Guy of Enon pled not guilty to Drug Paraphernalia and Drug Abuse. Continuance scheduled for February 17. 

Myers, Jason L of Enon charged with Child Support Suspension, Fictitious Tags and Failure to Signal. Continuance until February 17.

Pate, Reguel E. of Hillsboro pled guilty to No Operator’s License and was fined $1,000, 30 days in jail and court cost. $800 plus jail time suspended. Probation hearing on March 17.

Taylor, Christopher of Enon charged with Speed & Suspended License. Defendant required case to be transferred to Clark County Municipal Court.
