Adams, Cynthia A. of Springfield pled not guilty to Failure to Obey Traffic Control. Trial scheduled for December 23.

Couse, Jenny of Springfield pled no contest to Failure to Display registration. Defendant was found not guilty.

Flowers, Christopher of Franklin previously pled guilty to Driving under Suspension, Seat Belt and Failure to Obey Traffic Control Device. Disposition scheduled for Dec 23.

Madden, Evelyn of Springfield pled     no contest to Failure to Stop at Stop Sign and was fined $15 plus court cost.

Niese, Megan of Fairborn pled guilty to Speed in Speed in School Zone and was fined $25 plus court cost.

Reges, Brianna of Enon previously pled to no driver license and driving in marked lane. Disposition scheduled for Jan 20.

Suver, Charles III of Enon pled guilty to Physical Control and was fined $1,000 plus court cost. Plus 30 days in jail.  ALS suspension stands. $750 and jail time suspended. Defendant also charged with Speed 11-20 over – dismissed. 7 days to pay.

Wallen, Terry of Springfield previously pled guilty to Driving under Suspension, Fictitious Tags and Windshield wipers required. Disposition scheduled for January 20.
